Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior leader to oversee the organization’s third-party risk management program, ensuring compliance with company standards, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and NCQA considerations where applicable. The role drives risk mitigation, coordinates across Operations, IT Security, Procurement, Compliance, and other teams, and reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years Audit, Compliance, third party oversight and/or related experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and health plan administration preferred.
• Project management experience in planning, coordinating and executing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve third-party risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct audits and monitoring of third-party compliance and performance against requirements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and the board of directors.
