Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the third-party risk management program, ensuring compliance with company standards and federal/state requirements. You will drive risk mitigation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing due diligence, presenting dashboards to the board, mentoring a team, and ensuring timely regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years Audit, Compliance, third party oversight and/or related experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and health plan administration preferred.
• Project management experience in planning, coordinating and executing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party risk management program and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct audits and monitoring to assess third-party performance against requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and due diligence for new and existing partners.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and board.
• Mentor and manage a team of contributors; allocate resources and improve processes.
