GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and governance for defense and systems digital products. You will manage a large team of product managers and UX designers, collaborate with Engineering, and drive measurable outcomes across federal and commercial markets.

You will establish processes, prioritize work, and own a two-to-three year roadmap while leveraging AI to expand capabilities.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management and IT.
• Bachelor's degree required; military experience acceptable in lieu of years.
• Experience leading product managers or product teams; strong understanding of enterprise digital products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product management and UX teams across the DSCX portfolio.
• Define and govern product operating model, roadmaps, prioritization, and outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering on technical design and delivery within enterprise standards.
• Drive KPIs, OKRs, and governance for portfolio health.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and funding pipelines.
