Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a seasoned leader to own the delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects, manage resources, and drive operational performance. You will collaborate with sales, customer success, support, and product management to ensure successful adoption and value realization for enterprise clients.

You will recruit and develop a world-class Professional Services team, forecast demand, align offerings with market segments, and maintain industry practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation, project management, and executive stakeholder management.
• 7+ years of experience in managing Implementation or Professional Services teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a professional services implementation business with accountability for financial targets, project monitoring, resource management and KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with customer success, support, and sales.
• Experience with Agile development and engaging customers in best practices of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of implementation services to clients, overseeing resource management, project delivery, and operational success metrics.
• Work directly with Head of Customer Delivery to create service offerings aligned to enterprise and commercial market segments, including value positioning, scope of services, collateral, and pricing.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a world-class Professional Service team capable of delivering large engagements.
• Forecast and manage the Professional Services team to match the growth delivered by sales, ensuring proper staffing for new opportunities.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and technology for integration services in accounting, tax, and legal domains.
• Form positive customer relationships with executive stakeholders at key customers.
