Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a seasoned leader to own the delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects, manage resources, and drive operational performance. You will collaborate with sales, customer success, support, and product management to ensure successful adoption and value realization for enterprise clients.
You will recruit and develop a world-class Professional Services team, forecast demand, align offerings with market segments, and maintain industry practices.
Leads delivery of implementation services, including project execution, resource management, operational performance, service offering development, team leadership, staffing, and executive customer engagement. Collaborates with sales, customer success, support, and product management to support client implementation and adoption.
Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevance experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
