Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a seasoned Customer Marketing leader to orchestrate lifecycle programs from onboarding to advocacy in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion while delivering compelling customer education and engagement programs.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in B2B marketing, 5 years of leadership, and a proven track record of delivering measurable

Qualifications

7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS or tech.
5 years of people leadership in customer marketing or related fields.
Proven ability to manage integrated programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead customer lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention and expansion.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to align marketing touchpoints with milestones and renewals.
Create campaigns and communications that drive product value realization.
Develop customer-facing content, newsletters, and nurture programs.
Segment engagement strategies based on audience needs and data signals.
Measure impact and optimize programs using insights and performance data.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management on launches and education.
Elevate customer advocacy through testimonials and case studies.
