Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a senior leader to own and scale enterprise SaaS implementation services. You will manage delivery, staffing, and strategic offerings across tax, accounting, and legal domains, while driving customer relationships at executive levels.

You will collaborate with sales, support, and customer success to align services with growth, develop pricing strategies, and mentor a high-performing team. Travel up to 25% and in-office presence are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation, strategy development, and executive stakeholder management.
• 7+ years of experience in managing Implementation or Professional Services teams.
• Experience building and scaling a professional services implementation business with accountability for financial targets and KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with customer success, support, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of implementation services to clients, overseeing resources, project delivery, and success metrics.
• Work with Head of Customer Delivery to create service offerings aligned to enterprise market segments, including pricing and collateral.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a world-class Professional Services team.
• Forecast and manage the team to match growth delivered by sales and ensure proper staffing.
• Maintain knowledge of industry practices and technology for integration services in tax, accounting, and legal areas.
• Communicate product enhancements to Product Management and Bloomberg INDG.
• Form positive executive relationships with key customers.
• Perform other special projects and related duties as assigned.
