Job summary

DTN is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team and deploy enterprise-grade SaaS and RaaS solutions for global customers. You will bridge technical implementation with business value, enabling rapid adoption and long-term success with DTN platforms.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, project management experience, and customer-facing skills to deliver onboarding, configuration, integration, testing, and training across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree required and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to translate requirements into implementation designs.
• Configure platforms, perform testing, and validate solution delivery.
• Lead customer meetings, create plans, and track progress.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, and support teams to ensure success.
• Document decisions, risks, and best practices for future deployments.
