DTN is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team. You will deploy enterprise-grade SaaS and RaaS solutions, bridging technical implementation with business value realization for global customers.

The role demands strong technical aptitude, customer engagement skills, and execution of onboarding, configuration, integration, testing, and training to ensure rapid adoption and long-term success with DTN solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and validation.
• Proven project management experience from planning through execution.
• Strong problem-solving and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities
