Job summary

Demandbase is seeking a Demand Generation professional to propel paid search, paid social, and ABM programs in a fast‑moving SaaS environment. You will design AI‑driven workflows, manage agencies, and build scalable automation to accelerate pipeline and improve CAC.

You will partner with RevOps and SDR teams to close attribution gaps, track performance, and continuously optimize campaigns. This role demands a data‑driven, pipeline‑first mindset and hands‑on experience with modern automation

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience managing paid search, paid social, and ABM campaigns.
• Track record managing agencies and budgets toward pipeline targets.
• Experience with AI agents or automated workflows shipped to production.
• Comfort with LLM tools, prompt design, and no-code/low-code automation.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive paid search and paid social strategy, budget pacing, and performance.
• Manage paid media agency day to day and align to pipeline targets.
• Run experiments and scale successful creatives and bids.
• Build/launch AI SDR campaigns and improve playbooks.
• Work with SDR team on handoffs and lead quality.
• Track AI SDR performance and share readouts.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows to speed launches.
• Document what you build for reuse.
• Track performance from ad platform to CRM to pipeline.
