Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering/platform engineering experience.
• 7+ years leading engineering managers and senior managers.
• Experience defining and executing technology strategy, roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years driving cloud-native transformation and API-first architectures.
• Strong CIAM, authentication/authorization and identity security knowledge.
• Budget, vendor, and workforce planning experience.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, highly available platforms.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve productivity and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team engineering org for authentication services, profile management, and platform operations.
• Drive scalable, cloud-native, API-first identity capabilities with secure customer experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Own End-to-End program plans and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners.
• Define, measure and track metrics and business outcomes for identity platforms.
• Oversee budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments.
