CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to own the strategy, modernization, delivery, and operation of customer identity platforms. You will lead a multi-team organization across authentication, profile management, and identity integrations to enable secure, scalable experiences for millions of customers.

You will partner with Product, Security, Architecture, and Business teams to advance modernization, improve operational excellence, and drive enterprise growth.

Formación

• 10+ years in Software/Platform Engineering, Identity & Access Management, or related tech.
• 7+ years leading engineering managers and senior managers.
• Experience defining and executing technology strategy, roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years driving cloud-native transformation, API-first architectures, and platform engineering.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity and customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-team engineering organization for authentication services, profile management, and platform operations.
• Drive scalable cloud-native identity capabilities and secure, reliable customer experiences.
• Oversee modernization efforts, risk management, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure business outcomes for identity platforms.
• Build relationships with Product, Security, Architecture, Infrastructure and Business partners to deliver the roadmap.
