Job summary

CVS Health Digital seeks a Lead Director – Digital Engineering to own strategy, modernization, delivery and operation of customer identity platforms across Health100, Caremark, Specialty, Retail and beyond. The role partners with Product, Security and Architecture to scale identity solutions and improve customer experiences at enterprise level.

Responsibilities include leading a multi-team organization, guiding API-first cloud-native evolution, and driving AI-enabled transformations while

Qualifications

10+ years in Software/Platform Engineering or related tech roles
7+ years in people leadership incl. engineering managers
5+ years in cloud-native transformation and API-first architectures
Strong CIAM knowledge including authentication, authorization and identity security
Proven experience with budgets, vendor management, and strategic tech investments

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-team engineering org for authentication, profiles, identity integrations and platform operations
Advance scalable, cloud-native identity capabilities with secure, seamless user experiences
Drive AI-enabled transformations to boost productivity and customer outcomes
Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies
Define and track program metrics and reporting to stakeholders
