Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a senior product leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI platforms for large enterprises. You will guide product strategy, architecture, and cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, and data science.

You’ll shape roadmaps, define success metrics, ensure governance and Responsible AI, and partner with executives to deliver measurable business impact while navigating complex regulatory environments. Detroit-based hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and extensive experience in product leadership.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development from problem framing to deployment and scale.
• Define a clear product vision and roadmaps aligned to customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Architect platform components including ontologies, semantic layers, and ML integration.
• Direct cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and design.
• Partner with executives on AI strategy, deployment models, and business cases.
• Ensure Responsible AI, governance, and regulatory compliance across products.
