Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a senior product leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI platforms within EY Growth Platform. You will shape product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with executives to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

This role demands deep experience in AI product leadership, knowledge graphs, symbolic reasoning, and scalable cloud architectures. You will champion Responsible AI and regulatory compliance while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of experience; or a graduate degree with ~7 years.
• 12+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.
• Must reside in or be commutable to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of AI product development from framing to deployment.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements.
• Ensure explainability, auditability, trust, and compliance.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and metrics.
• Architect enterprise-ready neuro-symbolic AI platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and industry specialists.
• Partner with executives on AI strategy and deployment models.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.
