Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Director, Implementation in the National Accounts organization.

You will lead a direct and matrixed leadership team to shape enterprise-level implementation strategy and delivery, aligning client outcomes with product roadmaps and strategic initiatives. You will oversee a large team across locations, partner with senior executives, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level delivery leadership experience with client-facing roles.
• 12+ years leading an enterprise professional services or implementation organization.
• Executive presence, professionalism, and business judgment for scale.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead across a matrix of Service, Product, Strategy, and other units.

Responsibilities

• Lead leaders responsible for client needs assessment, scoping, and migration readiness.
• Oversee implementation lifecycle to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality client outcomes.
• Set resource strategy and deployment decisions based on priorities and product complexity.
• Drive accountability across leadership teams for successful delivery and client advocacy.
• Provide strategic oversight of client scheduling and program intake.
• Coach leaders through delivery challenges and manage senior escalations.
