Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Director, Implementation in the National Accounts organization.

You will lead a direct organization while influencing across a complex matrix of senior leaders in Service, Product, Strategy, Org Readiness, and Technical Services. You will shape the strategic direction of the implementation program and oversee client analysis, scheduling, custom solution development, strategy, and roadmap alignment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading enterprise-level professional services or implementations with client engagement.
• Executive presence and strong leadership; professional business planning.
• Ability to influence across a matrix of leaders and multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead a direct organization of 5–8 leaders and ~60 indirect reports.
• Set direction for resource strategy, deployment, and client expectations.
• Drive on-time, on-budget, high-quality implementations and client outcomes.
• Coach leaders through complex delivery challenges and escalate strategic issues.
• Shape process improvements and align client strategy with product roadmaps.
• Manage governance of the sales transition to implementation and post-sale relations.
