Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Director, Implementation within our National Accounts organization. You will lead a multi-layered team and influence across a matrix of senior leaders to shape the strategic direction of enterprise-level implementation programs.

You will manage a large organization, drive cross-functional alignment, and own program governance from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality client outcomes. This role sits in a hybrid model with significant leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-level professional services or implementation teams that work directly with clients.
• Executive presence, strong leadership capability, professionalism, and business planning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead leaders responsible for ensuring client needs are fully assessed and appropriately scoped before migration.
• Provide leadership across the implementation lifecycle to ensure strong execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Set resource strategy and deployment decisions based on priorities, team capability, product complexity, and client expectations.
• Coach leaders through complex delivery challenges and escalate strategic client matters across ADP units.
• Build long-term client relationships and align with senior stakeholders to drive revenue retention and client success.
