Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Director, Implementation in its National Accounts organization to lead a direct team of leaders and influence a matrix of senior stakeholders.

The role shapes strategic direction and strengthens client delivery through methodology, scheduling, and product roadmap alignment. The position requires executive leadership, client focus, and strong business judgment to deliver enterprise‑level results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading enterprise professional services or implementation teams.
• Executive presence and business planning expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead through changing conditions and complex delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead leaders responsible for client needs assessment, scoping, and migration readiness.
• Oversee implementation lifecycle to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
• Set resource strategy and deployment decisions based on priorities and complexity.
• Provide strategic oversight of client scheduling and program intake.
• Coach leaders through delivery challenges and escalate strategically when needed.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across business units to improve results.
• Shape enterprise delivery practices and monitor executive client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with clients and manage partnerships.
