ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant (HR) to lead client onboarding for HCM products and services. You will blend analytics and project management to simplify complex information, leveraging ADP's training programs and service guidelines to empower clients.

You will build trust with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and tailor solutions to client needs while driving innovation and best practices in onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• At least 2 years in HR.
• Strong client relationship and ability to influence/guide clients to best solutions.
• Proactive in documenting and mitigating project risks.
• Demonstrates learning agility and critical thinking using best practices.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a true partner with clients to understand business needs and build long-term trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and functionalities.
• Recommend and implement solutions based on clients' needs and ADP's HCM offerings.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the client onboarding experience.
