Job summary

You will influence strategy, oversee property performance, and partner with management teams to ensure resident satisfaction and financial success.

The role requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and ability to travel between office and site locations within the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10 years of residential property management experience, including a minimum of 7 years in a senior management position.
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi).
Strong budgeting, GAAP knowledge and reporting.
Work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with property managers to optimize daily operations and monitor budgets.
Prepare owner reporting packages with budgets, business plans and monthly owner reports.
Provide leadership to ensure high performance and a collaborative work environment.
Oversee acquisitions and dispositions and communicate with ownership.
Develop and execute strategic plans and address resident concerns.
Collaborate with marketing to adjust plans as necessary.
Review leasing, occupancy activity and renewal programs to meet budget expectations.
Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and safety standards.
Conduct frequent site visits to ensure property upkeep and compliance.
Manage recruitment and retention of site employees.
