Guernsey Sonic in Las Vegas is seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Leader to oversee the staffing and performance of multiple drive-ins and restaurants. You will implement company policies, lead managers, and drive guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with laws.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in multi-unit quick service operations, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. A hands-on approach to coaching and development is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ multi-unit quick service restaurant management and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coaches general managers and conducts management orientation.
• Staffing across multiple restaurants in multiple states.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires management team to achieve staffing levels.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet operational standards.
• Oversees operation standards and P&L for restaurants.
• Address employee issues in partnership with HR.
• Monitor cost control for food, labor, paper and inventory; take corrective action.
• Review and audit reports for accuracy.
• Prioritize guest needs and drive service consistently.
• Respond to escalated guest requests and complaints with action.
• Approve compensation levels within guidelines.
• Prepare operational reports for multiple drive-ins and develop action plans.
• Ensure compliance with employee handbook and labor laws.
• Develop and implement a regional marketing plan.
• Participate in acquisitions and growth for the territory.
