The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in multi-unit hospitality operations, a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; travel is required and 60–70% is typical.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in multi‑unit operations in hospitality or similar sector.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Able to mentor and develop people, and lead with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategic and operational plans; set goals and measure results.
• Identify regional opportunities and lead the charge to implement solutions.
• Advise Directors of Operations and Area Supervisors on improvements and growth.
• Lead operational changes aligned with company initiatives.
• Maintain bench strength and plan for growth, promotions, and external hires.
• Coordinate effective communication to align regional goals and initiatives.
• Ensure disciplined operations and accountability across sites.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
