Job summary

Guernsey Sonic is seeking a shift supervisor to lead and oversee restaurant station duties including fountain, grill, drive-thru, and expeditor roles. You will train new staff, enforce policies, and supervise cleaning and sanitation to maintain quality service.

The role requires regular attendance with a minimum 30 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain, frozen, dresser, front switchboard, grill, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru as assigned to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, and sanitizing prep areas.
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD and ensure timely resolution.
