Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Senior General Manager to oversee multiple locations in the Las Vegas area. You will work with restaurant-level managers and the Area Supervisor to meet customer service, financial, and staffing goals.

The role focuses on leading a high-performance team to deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, and coaches General Managers and conducts management orientation.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet service standards.
• Oversees drive-in staff to ensure quality food, packaging, presentation, and service.
• Monitors scheduling to ensure guest service aligns with policy and law.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires management team members.
• Develops and implements marketing plans for the region.
