Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering to drive reliability, capital project execution, and regional maintenance excellence across multiple U.S. facilities.

You will lead a team of project engineers and collaborate with plant leadership to ensure safe, cost-effective operations. The role requires 10+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing, expertise in TPM/Lean/Six Sigma, and the ability to travel to support regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 10+ years engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing multi-site engineering teams and large-scale capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional maintenance operations across US and Canada.
• Oversee budgeting for engineering and maintenance across locations.
• Direct capital project execution and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve capacity, cost efficiency, and quality.
• Provide staffing guidance and performance management for engineering teams.
• Lead SAP Maintenance implementation and related system enhancements.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and stakeholders to align resources with business needs.
