Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in the St. Louis area seeks a Director of Engineering to lead maintenance and capital projects across 5+ facilities in North America.

You will drive reliability, implement SAP Maintenance, and align engineering goals with business needs. The role includes building a regional maintenance organization, managing budgets, prioritizing capital work, and coaching a team of Project Engineering Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven multi-site leadership and large-scale capital projects.
• Strong understanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a regional maintenance organization across US and Canada.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation for capital projects.
• Lead planning and execution of plant-driven capital projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve capacity, cost, and quality.
• Provide staffing guidance and performance management for engineers.
• Lead implementation of SAP Maintenance across the system.
• Travel to manufacturing plants as needed.
