Nenni and Associates seeks a Senior Service Leader – Mechanical Services to oversee and grow the service organization across markets, driving operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience.

You will mentor managers and field crews, own the service P&L, and partner with executive leadership to expand offerings and markets while ensuring safety and quality in every engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical services, contracting, or related environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing service teams and operations.
• Strong operational, financial, and client management skills.
• Experience overseeing service schedules, budgets, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the service department.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor managers, supervisors, and field personnel.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and service workflow to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Own service department financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities within accounts and new markets.
• Implement operational processes and reporting tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on departmental strategy and growth initiatives.
