• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
• Develop and empower department leaders to support teams.

• Ensure service calls and customer needs are handled efficiently.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate service activities with dispatch, sales, operations.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complex service issues and identify process improvements.
• Promote safety and uphold company safety procedures.
• Support growth and success of the Service Department.
