Job summary

nVent seeks a seasoned Delivery, Site & Service leader to drive multi-disciplinary field, logistics and service teams from pre-site readiness through commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle service. The role builds centralized delivery capabilities for the Engineered Buildings platform, fostering trusted customer relationships and continuous improvement in cost and service delivery.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Operations, Engineering, and Sales to ensure on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• Academic background in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics.
• Strong leadership with several years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including customer engagement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven budget management, coordination, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary field, logistics and service teams and coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Sales.
• Establish centralized Delivery Site & Service organization and drive delivery performance and service profitability.
• Manage customer relationships and communicate risks and decisions clearly.
• Coordinate with carriers, subcontractors, and crane operators to ensure successful installation and service work.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Engineering to prepare BOM and costs for warranty and service work.
