Job summary

nVent seeks an experienced Delivery, Site & Service Associate Director to lead cross-disciplinary field, logistics, and service teams from pre-site readiness through commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle service.

You will help establish a centralized Delivery Site & Service organization for the Engineered Buildings product line, build trusted customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance and service profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 12+ years in logistics, project management, or construction management.
• 5+ years of managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site and service teams; set objectives, standard work, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with customer and project management to ensure on-time, within-budget site services and high-quality repairs.
• Manage relationships, address issues promptly, and maintain safety compliance.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and dispatch processes; ensure accurate diagnosis and repairs.
