Job summary

nVent is seeking an experienced Delivery, Site & Service Associate Director to lead multi-disciplinary field, logistics, and service teams. The role coordinates with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Sales to create a centralized Delivery Site & Service organization for the Engineered Buildings line and drive service profitability.

You will strengthen customer relationships, manage site schedules and look-ahead plans, and ensure safe, cost-effective project delivery from pre-site

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in logistics, project management, or construction management.
• 5+ years of managing teams with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop site and service teams; set objectives and performance expectations across Engineered Buildings.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Sales to ensure on-time, within-budget jobsite services and quality.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and dispatch processes; ensure timely response and high-quality repairs.
• Oversee safety and training compliance for subcontractors and field crews onsite, promoting a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with carriers for transportation of buildings and manage any shipping damage resolutions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field crews, and crane operators for successful installations of buildings.
• Plan travel and accommodations for field service teams; manage warranty and billable service work.
