Job summary

nVent seeks a Delivery, Site & Service Associate Director to lead multi-disciplinary field, logistics and service teams, coordinating with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Sales from pre-site readiness through commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle service.

This role builds a centralized Delivery Site & Service organization for the Engineered Buildings line, driving safe, on-time execution, strong customer relationships, and continuous improvement in delivery performance and

Qualifications

Academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics.
12+ years of experience in logistics, project management, or construction management.
Strong leadership including 5+ years of managing teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including customer engagement.
Knowledge of ERP and Microsoft product suite.
Demonstrated budget management, coordination, and customer service.
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

Lead site and service teams; set objectives and performance expectations across Engineered Buildings platform.
Ensure jobsite services are completed on-time, within budget, with flawless quality.
Manage customer relationships and address issues promptly.
Establish intake, prioritization, and dispatch processes with high-quality repairs.
Maintain safety and training adherence for subcontractors and field crews on site.
Collaborate with carriers to arrange transportation of our buildings.
Coordinate with subcontractors, field service crews, and crane operators for installation.
Arrange labor deployment for warranty and billable work.
Collaborate with Supply Chain on DS&S matters and plan travel/accommodations.
