Job summary

OMNY Health is seeking a Sr. Director, Life Sciences Commercial to drive revenue growth across pharma, biotech and medical device accounts. You will lead strategic planning, identify opportunities, and close multi-million-dollar deals with C-suite stakeholders.

This remote role requires 3–6 years selling healthcare data insights, a strong network in life sciences, and disciplined CRM/forecasting. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years selling or delivering complex healthcare data solutions to life sciences customers.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data assets and analytics applications (RWD, HEOR, etc.).
• Proven relationships with life sciences executives and management teams.
• Self-starter with disciplined pipeline management and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to identify and close new life sciences opportunities.
• Engage prospective clients with a consultative approach, presenting RWD and analytics solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead to renewal and expansion.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and drive post-sale expansion into new use cases.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to align value propositions and messaging.
• Represent OMNY Health at industry events and maintain accurate CRM forecasting.
