OMNY, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sr. Director, Life Sciences Commercial to drive revenue across global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device accounts.

You will lead revenue expansion, generate leads, and acquire key clients while delivering a world-class customer experience. You will build territory growth plans, engage life sciences leaders with a consultative approach, and collaborate with product/marketing to communicate our data-driven value.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of proven life sciences sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare data ecosystem for life sciences.
• Experience with healthcare data assets and analytic applications.
• Strong relationships with life sciences leaders and senior management.
• Proven track record of consistently driving $1M+ ARR.
• Autonomous, fast-paced operator with bias for action and deadlines.
• Ethical approach and disciplined CRM maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account growth strategy to identify, prospect, and close opportunities.
• Engage clients with a consultative sales approach for RWD, insights, and analytics.
• Build relationships with decision makers and expand post-sale across teams.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead to close and expansion.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to align value propositions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics to spot opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with revenue targets.
• Represent OMNY Health at industry events and maintain CRM for visibility.
