Job summary

OMNY Health is seeking a Sr. Director, Life Sciences Commercial to drive revenue growth across global pharma, biotech, and medical device accounts.

You will lead a hands-on, consultative sales strategy, identify new opportunities, and build executive-level relationships to expand post-sale value with HEOR and RWE solutions. Reporting to the SVP Commercial, you will manage a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate with product and marketing to deliver differentiated data-driven

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience selling complex solutions to life sciences companies.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems and value drivers for recurring revenue.
• Experience with healthcare data assets (claims, EHR) and analytics apps.
• Strong relationships with life sciences C-suite and senior management.
• Proven track record of achieving $1M+ ARR quotas.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies.
• Engage prospective clients with consultative sales for RWD insights.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in life sciences and medical devices.
• Drive post-sale expansion across HEOR, RWE, and analytics teams.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead gen to closing.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to align value proposition.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with revenue targets.
• Represent OMNY Health at industry conferences and events.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and CRM forecasting.
