Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Technology and AI Innovation – Life Sciences to define and accelerate AI-enabled delivery strategies for its global Life Sciences Professional Services. You will bridge Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Global Delivery to shape product evolution and delivery acceleration.

With 15+ years in leadership roles and deep Life Sciences expertise, you will drive investments in AI, reusable assets, and delivery

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, enterprise software, life sciences consulting, or technology organizations.
Deep understanding of Life Sciences industry, enterprise implementation programs, and customer transformation initiatives.
Proven experience partnering across Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated success translating customer needs into product strategy, technology investments, reusable assets, or delivery innovation.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize Life Sciences-specific agentic delivery capabilities to improve delivery quality and outcomes.
Lead global teams to translate customer insights into scalable AI-enabled delivery assets and accelerators.
Partner with Product Engineering to ensure implementation insights influence product strategy and platform capabilities.
