Job summary

Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in professional services, enterprise software, Life Sciences consulting, or technology organizations.
- Deep understanding of Life Sciences industry, enterprise implementation programs, and customer transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience partnering across Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional organizations and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive view of delivery trends, challenges, and opportunities across Salesforce's Life Sciences portfolio.
- Define the roadmap for Life Sciences-specific agentic delivery capabilities to improve quality and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Global Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product Management for Life Sciences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate delivery feedback into product enhancements and roadmaps.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global team focused on industry innovation, architecture, and delivery excellence.
