Qualifications

15+ years of leadership in Professional Services or enterprise software.
Deep Life Sciences industry knowledge and customer delivery experience.
Proven ability to partner across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
Strong executive communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Lead Industry Delivery Intelligence across global Life Sciences portfolio.
Define agentic delivery strategy and prioritized AI assets.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap.
Act as executive SME for Technology and AI Innovation in Life Sciences.
Foster governance, adoption metrics, and scalable delivery patterns.
Develop and grow a high-performing global team (~20 professionals).
