You will build industry-specific assets, mentor a 20-person team, and partner with executives to align product roadmap with client needs, governance, and value realization across the Life Sciences portfolio.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or related fields.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences industry and enterprise transformation.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, ProServ, Customer Success and executives.
• Proven track record translating customer needs into product strategy and AI investments.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional organizations and influencing without authority.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify implementation patterns across 50+ Life Sciences engagements for AI/automation.
• Define roadmaps for Life Sciences agentic delivery capabilities to boost quality and productivity.
• Bridge between Global ProServ, Customer Success, and Product Management for Life Sciences.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to align insights with platform strategy.
• Lead a global team of ~20 professionals in industry innovation and delivery excellence.
• Establish governance to measure adoption, business impact and value realization.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery adoption across Life Sciences engagements.
