Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Executive AI Innovation Lead for Life Sciences. This role will bridge Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Global Delivery to shape AI-enabled delivery, accelerate adoption, and drive measurable outcomes across a growing Life Sciences portfolio.

You will lead a global team, translate customer needs into scalable capabilities, and define strategic investments in industry-specific AI assets and delivery accelerators.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Life Sciences and enterprise software delivery.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services executives.
• Proven track record translating customer needs into product strategy and delivery innovations.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery models and scalable asset development.

Responsibilities

• Define and accelerate the AI-enabled delivery strategy for Life Sciences engagements.
• Lead a global team to improve delivery intelligence and AI adoption.
• Partner across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Global Delivery Centers to inform product roadmap.
• Establish governance and metrics for adoption, impact, and value realization.
