Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Technology and AI Innovation - Life Sciences to define and accelerate the AI-enabled delivery strategy for its global Life Sciences Professional Services.

You will bridge Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure customer delivery insights shape product evolution and AI innovation. You will lead a global team of ~20 professionals, drive adoption of AI capabilities, and establish governance for value

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, enterprise software, digital transformation, Life Sciences consulting, or technology organizations.
Deep understanding of Life Sciences industry and large-scale enterprise delivery.
Proven ability to partner across Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and executives.

Responsibilities

Define and accelerate the AI-enabled delivery strategy for Salesforce's Life Sciences Professional Services.
Lead a global team to translate customer delivery insights into scalable, high-quality AI capabilities.
Partner across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence product strategy and delivery excellence.
