Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy, governance, and modernization of the LMS and learning technology portfolio. The role oversees build, buy, and partner decisions and evaluates platforms based on learner and business needs, cost, and fit.

Remote position with travel to Louisville, KY as needed. The role requires extensive experience in learning technology, LMS implementations, and strong leadership to drive enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR tech, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
