Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director to lead the enterprise learning experience and the LMS technology ecosystem. You will establish standards creating a simple, accessible, scalable learning journey and drive decisions across build, buy, and partner options.

You will evaluate platforms, manage governance, and steer modernization while balancing today’s operations with future strategy. This remote role involves travel to Louisville, KY as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in learning technology or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading an enterprise LMS implementation or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone or Docebo.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS and learning tech portfolio.
• Evaluate platforms and tools based on learner and business needs, capabilities, integration, cost, and fit.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies including AI, analytics, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
