Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, delivering must-have insights and market predictions for global clients.

You will engage executives through in-person and virtual meetings, conferences, and briefings, shaping research agendas and guiding strategic client discussions. This role requires a strong research and writing background, executive presence, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading enterprise leadership capability strategies and AI, digital transformation and organizational change.
• Executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, research, writing, analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
