Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in data management platforms or data integration.
• Expertise in data architecture and data operations; AI-ready data management approaches.
• Experience with using agents in data management processes.
• Demonstrate executive presence; can establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables.
• Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; engage clients effectively.
• Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; apply patterns and frameworks to client challenges.
• Strong communication skills; explain complex concepts concisely.
• Subject matter expertise; comfortable presenting at large and small-scale engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Deep knowledge of global and competitive landscape within the subject area.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multicultural teams.
• Learning agility and ability to navigate matrixed environments.
• Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged insights content.
• Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and actionable client approaches.
• Identify root causes of client barriers and reframing to drive strategy forward.
• Demonstrate thought leadership to establish Insights positions across the team.
• Provide provocative, independent insights to evolve Gartner's research agenda.
• Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Provide clients with advice aligned to content areas via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support Sales by providing market voice to help engagement and progress client priorities.
• Provide high-quality content peer review.
• Build credibility as an industry expert for Gartner insights and methodology.
• Collaborate with peers in the Insights community and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
