Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director within the BTI group to lead research, generate must-have insights, and guide client strategies. You will present at events, support sales, and mentor teammates, while navigating a highly matrixed, global organization.

You will influence Gartner’s research agenda with provocative, independent insights and travel up to 25% to engage clients and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant field experience.
• Deep understanding of data and analytics with ability to explain insights to C-level.
• Experience implementing AI solutions and data foundations guidance.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have insights content for Gartner clients.
• Develop thought leadership and actionable approaches for client needs.
• Analyze and predict market trends to inform client strategies.
• Deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and briefings.
• Provide sales support and act as voice of the market to drive client engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the Insights community.
