Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm seeking a Director for Tech Services M&A to lead large, complex engagements for private equity clients and portfolio companies. The role focuses on IT diligence, integration, and transformation across the deal lifecycle, including Day-1 planning and post-merger execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, with a minimum of five years specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
• Extensive experience working for or with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or related transaction / merger integration experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage complex engagements and deliverables for C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client engagements for private equity clients and portfolio companies.
• Oversee pre-acquisition IT diligence focusing on business systems, ERP, IT infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Provide interim IT management and Day-1/100-day planning and execution for post-merger integration.
• Drive ERP implementations, IT cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives across engagements.
