Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
• Extensive experience working for or with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or related transaction/merger integration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client engagements for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
• Oversee IT diligence, merger integration and carve-out planning/execution.
• Drive Day‑1 and Day‑100 planning and execution to improve ERP/back-office performance.
• Develop and coach delivery teams and staff in local offices.
