Job summary

Repligen Corp. seeks a Director of Program Management, Integrated Solutions to lead end-to-end, enterprise-scale customer facility expansion projects leveraging Repligen technologies—from design through handover and closeout.

You will build and scale execution capabilities, establish governance and best practices, and mentor a team of Project Managers to support growth and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences with program/project management and GMP manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading complex capital bioprocessing projects from pre-sale to handover.
• 3+ years of people leadership across varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to translate design requirements into integrated process solutions.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while managing scope and risks.
• Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to resolve issues.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain project management talent.
• Develop standardized PM tools, templates, dashboards, and stage-gate processes.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with engineering firms and system integrators.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
